Why do we make resolutions? Because we want things to be different? Why do our resolutions sometimes fail? Because we don’t want to change?
Much as we’d like to, sometimes it’s not possible to tie everything up in a neat bow just because the calendar is turning to a new page. Instead, we’re left hanging, and that can feel very uncomfortable.
It’s okay to be uncomfortable at times, especially these trying times. Just be sure to validate and share your feelings.
